Encona: Winter Warmers
Project Overview
Noticing Encona’s unexpected Christmas sales spike from people spicing up leftovers, I repositioned the brand as a festive “winter warmer” with a limited-edition pack: chilli-knit Christmas jumper graphics and tiny woollen bottle hats that transform the sauces into cosy, giftable table heroes.
